Witch Allivawicka is a villain I created for a sailor moon fan fiction. It is a fanart also because the character is Rei Hino from Sailor Moon but she is possessed lol but I put it in original because I designed the outfit. This picture has low quality because it is an old picture that I have resaved multiple times so it is pixelated in some areas.
